Philip Layne
As the son of a pastor, Philip lived in several states including Arkansas, Kentucky, and Georgia. He came to faith at a young age through the witness of his parents. During high school, he felt called to enter pastoral ministry. He attended Toccoa Falls College, in Toccoa, Georgia, where he earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies. He also graduated with a MDiv. from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He is married to his lovely wife, Ellie, who is an ER nurse. They were married in December 2015, and they have one son, Titus, and an energetic dog, Rosie.
